Barbara C. Lemaire, PhD has more than 20 years experience in marketing, strategic planning, sales, organizational management, project management and business coaching. She is Assistant Chairperson of Professional Coaching & Human Development Department at the International University of Professional Studies.  Co Founder of Strategic Networking a business networking forum, and is the President of Inspired Collaboration - consulting with independent businesses on their marketing and brand building.

Dr. Lemaire has dedicated her life to self-actualization and peak-performance, and the profession of coaching. She is passionate about creativity and uses her creativity in her daily work and her painting. Barbara is also passionate about serving her community; she is a member of the Albuquerque Junior League, Toastmasters, Association of Fundraising Professionals, and the 501 Tech Club. Barbara’s biggest personal challenge was walking 26.2 miles in the Honolulu Marathon to collect donations for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society; its no surprise that her favorite quote is: “A journey of a thousand miles starts under one’s feet” Lao Tzu
